Yes, we accept most major South African medical aids. Please ensure you bring your medical aid card and ID to your appointment so we can process the claim. Depending on your specific medical aid plan and available savings, a co-payment may be required.

You can book online through our website (click "Book Now"), call us at 015 291 5151, or send a WhatsApp message to 070 310 4373. For online consultations, booking is done through our online system.

Please bring your ID document, any current medications you're taking, previous medical records or test results if relevant, and your medical aid card. If possible, complete the New Patient Registration Form beforehand.

Consultation fees vary depending on the type of service. Standard GP consultations and online consultations are R250. Specialized services have different pricing. Contact us for specific pricing information.

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and EFT payments. For online consultations, payment is required before the appointment via EFT or card.

For patients on chronic medication who are up to date with their check-ups, we can issue repeat prescriptions. However, a consultation (in-person or online) is required at least every 6 months to monitor your health. Send your request via WhatsApp for fastest processing.
